What Is The Pickup Process

Congratulations! You've won an auction item.

What's next?

• Make sure your payment source in your account is up to date. At auction end, the card will automatically process payment and your invoice will show as paid.
• You will then be able to schedule your pick up appointment. Our hours are Friday 9am-3pm and Saturdays 9am-noon. Choose your day and time. 
• The exact address will be sent by email and text the morning of your chosen day. We give an approximate location prior to this.
• Arrive at the location at your appointment time and your items will be ready. The location changes with each auction. We do not have a warehouse. 
• Double check your item list before you leave. We don't want anything left behind.
