(4) Medium To Large Antique Decorative Ceramic Plates

Collection features four distinct antique and vintage ceramic plates, including notable examples of English flow blue and ironstone pottery

(1) Warwick China "Pansy" Flow Blue Plate

This plate features the "Pansy" floral pattern in a deep cobalt flow blue with a scalloped, gold-trimmed edge. It was manufactured by Warwick China in the late 19th century, around the 1890s

(1) Floral & Grape Pattern Plate

This plate is decorated with a mulberry-colored floral and purple grape transferware pattern. Similar patterns were produced by various English ironstone manufacturers in the mid-to-late 19th century

(1) Ridgway "Noma" Pattern Plate

This highly detailed Chinoiserie-style plate features a central gilded vase and peonies. Known as the "Noma" pattern, it was produced by Ridgway (specifically Ridgway & Abington) in England, typically dating to the mid-19th century (circa 1835–1850)

(1) Wood & Sons William Shakespeare Commemorative Plate

A blue transferware souvenir plate featuring a portrait of William Shakespeare and scenes from his life, including his birthplace and Holy Trinity Church. It was manufactured by Wood & Sons (Staffordshire, England) between 1891 and 1907

If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. Do not bid if you do not intend to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or out-building. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the entire sale has closed. If full payment is not received before the pick-up date and time, the items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked. Pick-up address will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes. All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. At our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee may be charged. A 15% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers that provide a current Re-sellers Permit. We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible.
